Scunthorpe United bring in midfielder Chris Sedgwick
- Published
Scunthorpe United have signed free agent midfielder Chris Sedgwick on non-contract terms.
The 32-year-old had been without a club since being released by Sheffield Wednesday in the summer.
He started his career at Rotherham before moving on to Preston in 2004 and joined the Owls on a free in 2010.
Sedgwick is likely to make his Iron debut in Saturday's trip to Shrewsbury as Alan Knill's side go in search of their first league win of the season.
