Walsall: Karl Darlow's loan from Nottingham Forest extended

Walsall have extended goalkeeper Karl Darlow's loan from Nottingham Forest by a further two months.

The 21-year-old was signed following injury to Jimmy Walker, and he has gone on to play seven times since his move.

Manager Dean Smith told the club website:, external "We are pleased with his progress and I am delighted that Forest have agreed to extend his stay here.

"He's fitted in extremely well here and is keen to stay and build on the experience he's gained with us."

Darlow's new deal will see him stay with Smith's side until 22 December.
