Grimsby Town sign Bury's Marcus Marshall on loan

Grimsby have signed Bury winger Marcus Marshall on a one-month loan deal.

The 23-year-old, who started his career with Blackburn, joined the Shakers from Rotherham in the summer and has made 11 appearances this season.

Marshall spent the second half of last campaign on loan at Macclesfield, scoring once in 14 games.

The Mariners, currently fifth in the Blue Square Bet Premier, could hand Marshall his debut in Saturday's league match at Tamworth.
