Millwall's Jimmy Abdou extends contract until 2015

Millwall midfielder Jimmy Abdou has signed a two-year extension to his contract, keeping him at the New Den until the summer of 2015.

The 28-year-old has made 190 appearances for the club since joining from Plymouth Argyle four years ago.

Meanwhile the Lions have signed Tottenham Hotspur full-back Adam Smith on a three-month loan deal.

The 21-year-old, who has played two games for Spurs, had spells at MK Dons and Leeds last season.
