Harry Worley's late equaliser saw Oxford claim a point at Morecambe and extend their unbeaten run in all competitions to six games.

Oxford dominated the early exchanges with Tom Craddock, James Constable and Damian Batt all going close.

Kevin Ellison gave the hosts the lead with a 78th-minute close-range finish.

But Worley turned in Alfie Potter's right-wing cross from inside the box with two minutes left to secure the U's fourth draw in a row.

Morecambe manager Jim Bentley told BBC Radio Lancashire:

"It's two points dropped, without a doubt. I didn't think we were in danger.

"You're just asking the players to close the game out. You've got 11 players on the park and you've got to try and affect the game with our seven subs.

"When they come on, everyone's got to be mentally right to come onto the pitch. One lapse in concentration and it's two points dropped."
