Notts County are in negotiations with Luton Town over a permanent deal for midfielder Andre Boucaud and have also offered new contracts to defenders Jordan Stewart and Damion Stewart.

Boucaud, 28, has spent five months on loan at Meadow Lane, playing 23 games.

Manager Keith Curle is eager to sign him, but the Hatters want a fee.

Jordan Stewart, 30, has made seven appearances since joining in October while Damion Stewart, 32, has played six times in his second spell at Notts.

Meanwhile, defenders Tom Williams and Carl Regan have been released after coming to the end of their short-term deals and striker Chris Iwelumo has returned to Watford following his loan spell.

Williams made three appearances for the club and Regan played 13 games, while Iwelumo, 34, started all five of the Magpies' league games during his stay.
