Sheffield Utd 0-2 Yeovil

Two second-half goals from Paddy Madden gave play-off chasing Yeovil victory at high-flying Sheffield United.

Madden gave the visitors a surprise lead, creating space for himself inside the area before firing low past Blades goalkeeper George Long.

Long was then caught in possession by Madden, who was left with the simple task of walking the ball into the net.

Goalkeeper Marek Stech did well to keep out Nick Blackman's shot, as Yeovil held on for the win.

The result means the Glovers are now just one point off the play-off zone, while Sheffield United are fourth, six points off the automatic promotion places after suffering back-to-back home defeats.

"If you perform as we did today, you don't expect to get much out of the game. I thought for large parts of the game we were a shadow of ourselves.

"We looked fairly nervous and anxious at times. Maybe we have to change our style of play slightly to suit the pitch.

"It's not very often you'll hear me say this, but we were not at the races today and we were second best in too many areas.

"We didn't deserve a great deal today."
