Jabo Ibehre joins Colchester United permanently

Colchester United have signed striker Jabo Ibehre on a contract until the end of the season in a free transfer move from MK Dons.
The 29-year-old spent three months on loan with the U's until December, scoring four goals in 15 games.
He told BBC Essex: "I'm itching to get back. I haven't played in a few weeks.
"I spoke to the manager at MK and he said I'd be free if I wanted to go or I could stay and fight for a place. But I want to be playing games."
Ibehre had spent the last three and a half years at Stadium MK, scoring 12 goals in 94 league games, but has now joined a side at the opposite end of League One to the play-off chasing Dons.
His immediate task is to help Colchester end a nine-game losing run.
"We've shown what we can do in the past. I'm raring to go," the forward added.
"By hook or by crook, you want to get that win under the belt and then blossom from there."
