Luke Howell signs new Dagenham & Redbridge contract

Dagenham & Redbridge midfielder Luke Howell has signed a new contract with the League Two club.

The 26-year-old, who has scored seven goals in 33 appearances this season, will remain in east London until the summer of 2015.

Daggers manager John Still told the club website: "Luke has done very well this season and has become a regular.

"With Luke still at a young age I am sure we are going to see him improving [in the future]."
