  • Published

AFC Telford extended their run without a league win to 23 games with a defeat by play-off-chasing Macclesfield.

Amari Morgan-Smith opened the scoring for the visitors when his mis-kick found its way past keeper Ryan Young.

Morgan-Smith added his second as he found space on the edge of the box and fired a low drive into the corner.

The defeat leaves Telford bottom of the Blue Square Bet Premier, while the Silkmen, who extended their unbeaten away-run to five, are seventh.
