Brentford boss Uwe Rosler says midfielder Stuart Dallas will soon be rewarded for his patience.

The 21-year-old Northern Ireland international has been restricted to just eight appearances since his summer move from Crusaders.

Rosler told BBC London 94.9: "Coming from Northern Ireland and facing a different football culture, he has adapted very well.

"Over time it will pay off and he will get more and more playing time."

He added: "He was far ahead of where I thought he would be when he arrived. We know what we have got with him.

"I admire his professionalism and patience. Against Scunthorpe he showed everybody what he could do."
