Rene Howe scored a last-minute penalty as 10-man Torquay twice came from behind to earn a draw at Dagenham.

Aaron Downes was sent off after just three minutes for a foul inside the area on Abu Ogogo and Medy Elito slotted home the penalty.

Joss Labadie headed the Gulls level from Lee Mansell's corner before Josh Scott scored from close range late on.

However, Howe secured a point from the spot kick after Luke Wilkinson was penalised for a foul on Lloyd Macklin.
