Charlton Athletic sign Swansea City's Mark Gower on loan

Charlton have signed Swansea City midfielder Mark Gower on loan until the end of the season.

The 34-year-old is eligible to go into the Addicks' squad for the South London derby against Millwall on Saturday.

Charlton manager Chris Powell said: "He's a midfielder I've had an eye on for a while."

The former Tottenham trainee has played in five divisions of English football and helped the Welsh side clinch promotion to the top flight in 2011.
