Dungannon Swifts ended their season on a high by beating Ballymena United courtesy of Ryan Devlin's simple tap-in with six minutes remaining.

Chris Lavery hit the post early in the game and then PJ Lavery slotted home in the 27th minute to give his side a deserved lead.

Johnny Taylor poked the ball home on 30 minutes after the Swifts had failed to clear Alan Teggart's inswinging corner.

Tuda Murphy denied Gary Liggett, David Cushley and Teggart in the second half.

Ballymena finish eighth in the Premiership table and Dungannon 10th.
