Joe Skarz to complete Rotherham move when Bury deal expires

Rotherham United will complete the signing of Bury full-back Joe Skarz on a two-year deal after his contract with the Shakers expires in May.

Skarz, 23, helped the Millers to promotion from League Two after arriving on loan last month.

Boss Steve Evans told BBC Radio Sheffield: "He's been outstanding and he can play at a higher level.

"He's such a humble young man and he's now got two promotions out of this league on his CV."
