SFL monthly double for Hamilton striker Stevie May

Stevie May is the Irn Bru player and young player of the month for April in the Scottish Football League.

The 20-year-old striker has scored 11 goals in the last four weeks for Hamilton Accies.

May has been on loan at the First Division club from St Johnstone since late August and his recent form has taken his season's tally to 25.

He was on loan at Alloa last term, scoring 19 goals in 22 games, and will be out of contract in the summer.

However, Saints manager Steve Lomas has intimated that the Perth club will seek to extend May's deal.
