Bolton have signed defender Alex Baptiste and young winger Robert Hall.
Both Baptiste, 27, and 19-year-old Hall have signed three-year contracts with the Championship outfit.
Baptiste, who has spent the last five seasons at Blackpool and played 190 times for the Seasiders, rejected the chance to remain at Bloomfield Road.
West Ham United will be due a compensation fee for Hall, who featured once in a loan spell at the Reebok Stadium at the end of last term.
Bolton say discussions over the fee are ongoing.
Prior to his temporary stint with Wanderers, Hall - who made seven appearances for the Hammers - had loans at Oxford, MK Dons and Birmingham City.
Baptiste, who helped Blackpool win promotion to the Premier League in 2010 via the play-offs, appeared 21 times in their solitary season in the top flight.
He was one of seven out-of-contract players to be offered new deals by Blackpool at the end of the season, but decided against staying with the Lancashire side.
The duo take manager Dougie Freedman's tally of summer signings to four, following the arrivals of Marc Tierney and Hayden White from Norwich and Sheffield Wednesday.
