James Vaughan: Huddersfield Town sign Norwich City striker

Huddersfield Town have signed striker James Vaughan from Norwich City for an undisclosed fee.

The 24-year-old, who scored 14 goals in 37 appearances while on loan at the Terriers last season, has agreed a three-year deal.

Huddersfield boss Mark Robins told the club's website:, external "James' arrival is a significant signing for the club.

"He has shown such a huge desire to come and turned down other, potentially more lucrative, financial offers."

Vaughan began his career at Everton but started just eight Premier League games in the seven years following his debut in 2004.

The forward joined Norwich in 2011 but only played six times for the club.
