Leeds United appoint Paul Hunt as acting chief executive

Leeds United have appointed Paul Hunt as the club's acting chief executive.

Hunt was sacked from his role as deputy chief executive at Blackburn Rovers last May after a private letter he wrote to the club's owners calling for the sacking of boss Steve Kean was leaked to the media.

"I'm delighted to have the opportunity to join Leeds," he told the club's website., external
