Aaron Tumwa: Blackburn Rovers sign teenage defender

Blackburn Rovers have signed former Watford defender Aaron Tumwa on a one-year contract.

The 19-year-old has joined on a free transfer following his release by the Hornets this summer.

He has spent most of the summer on trial with Rovers, playing with their under-21 side, featuring at left-back and centre-half.

Tumwa, who had a loan spell at non-league Wealdstone when at Watford, will go into the Rovers development side.
