Amy Fearn became the first female to referee an FA Cup match in the main draw as Dover beat Corby in a first-round tie between two non-league sides.
Nathan Elder put Dover of the Conference South in front, heading in Tom Murphy's cross after half-time.
Chris Kinnear converted Barry Cogan's cross to double the advantage.
Southern League Premier Division outfit Corby, whose side contained ex-England midfielder Lee Hendrie, netted a late consolation through Chris Carruthers.
A Dover fan suffered a head injury after fighting broke out between rival fans following Kinnear's goal.
