Peterborough United will extend the loan spell of QPR midfielder Hogan Ephraim until 29 January.

The 25-year-old's current deal will expire a day before the FA Cup second-round tie against Tranmere on Saturday, 7 December.

But boss Darren Ferguson confirmed the paperwork is in to extend his stay.

West Ham academy product and former England Under-19 international Ephraim has played five times for Posh since joining in early November.
