Transfer window: Blackpool sign Sheffield United's Tony McMahon

Blackpool have signed defender Tony McMahon on a 28-day loan from Sheffield United, with left-back Bob Harris moving in the opposite direction.

McMahon, 27, who returns to Bloomfield Road following a brief stint with the club back in 2007, has made 26 appearances for the Blades this season.

Harris, 26, whose loan is also for a month, has featured three times for the Tangerines this term.

He previously had a loan spell in South Yorkshire with Rotherham.
