Barnet 2-1 Grimsby Town
- Published
Jake Hyde scored a late winner against fellow play-off hopefuls Grimsby to lift Barnet to sixth in the table.
Mauro Vilhete put the hosts ahead inside three minutes, nodding home a Luisma Villa corner at the near post.
Dani Lopez then hit the post for the Bees and Andy Yiadom cleared a Clayton McDonald header off the line to protect the lead after the break.
Craig Disley levelled with a looping header before Hyde met a Yiadom cross to settle it from close range.
Barnet held on to claim maximum points with 10 men after Villa was forced off injured two minutes from time, with the Bees having already used all three substitutes.
Victory moves Barnet two points and two places above Grimsby, ending the Mariners' four-game unbeaten run in the league.
