Kidderminster Harriers: Aman Verma re-signs from Corby Town

Kidderminster Harriers have re-signed midfielder Aman Verma on a non-contract deal from Southern League Premier Division side Corby Town.
The 27-year-old Leicester City academy product, who first played for Harriers boss Gary Whild at Redditch, first came to Aggborough on loan in August 2010., external
That was shortly after Whild's arrival at Kidderminster as number two to then Harriers manager Steve Burr., external
"We'd like to wish him well at Kiddy," said Corby joint manager Tommy Wright.
"We hope it works out for him but, if not, then we will certainly want his signature again at Corby Town.
"He will be a big miss for us both on and off the pitch. He is an extremely popular figure in our dressing room.
"However, you cannot stand in the way of players who are progressing up the football ladder and the fact that he is joining a side in the Conference Premier who are still capable of making the play-offs speaks volumes for his ability as a footballer."
"He agreed to go last week," added Wright, "so full credit to him for playing on Saturday against Stourbridge and putting in a good personal performance to sign off in the right way."
The much-travelled Verma, who spent the first half of last season playing for Floriana in the Maltese Premier League, signed for Stockport County last summer before moving on to join Corby, initially on loan.
Meanwhile, centre-half Chey Dunkley faces several weeks out after undergoing minor knee surgery.
But Adrian Ciesliwicz is on the mend following the shin injury he suffered in last week's win against Macclesfiel - an X-ray showed only bruising.
And striker Nathan Blissett has returned from loan at Hednesford, where he hit three goals in 10 appearances in a near three-month loan with the Conference North front runners.
Harriers currently have three other players out on loan, fellow striker Freddie Ladapo (Hayes & Yeading United), midfielder Santiago Aloi and defender Tyrone Williams (Redditch United).
