Cody Cooke, Monty Berrow, Phil Kendall, Jordan Copp and Liam Eddy scored as City went 14 points clear of the Southern Premier League's drop zone.

"It's a good, positive start, five goals, a clean sheet, what more can you ask for?" he told BBC Radio Cornwall.

"The lads are a bit disappointed that there was only five goals," he added.

Tully took over after , external earlier this month but lost his first game in charge to Poole Town.

"In the last two weeks, I've loved every minute of it and continue to do so whether we win, draw or lose," Tully said.

"I've said to the chairman that I want to build momentum between now and the end of the season and put little stepping stones in and make us move in the right direction for next season."
