Stranraer 3-1 Forfar Athletic

Stranraer secured third place in League One with a victory over fellow play-off hopefuls Forfar Athletic, who will miss out on the end-of-season finale.

Gavin Swankie found the bottom corner from the centre of the box to give Forfar an early lead.

But Sean Winter's low effort levelled the game before the break and Scott Rumsby headed in after it.

Frank McKeown headed home Andrew Stirling's delivery to end Stranraer's run of nine games without a victory.

Stranraer now host Dunfermline Athletic, who finished second in League One, in the first leg of the Championship play-off semi-finals on Wednesday.
