Promoted Rotherham United have signed Blackpool defender Kirk Broadfoot on a two-year contract.

The 29-year-old made 68 appearances for the Tangerines after joining them from Rangers in September 2012, but was not offered a new contract last month.

He is the third player to join the Millers this summer after Matt Derbyshire and Scott Loach.

"He is an experienced professional who has played at the highest level," boss Steve Evans told the club website.
