Plymouth Argyle have released full-back Durrell Berry and midfielder Andres Gurrieri after the pair decided not to accept contract offers.

Former Aston Villa youngster Berry, 22, joined Argyle in the summer of 2011 and made 107 appearances for Argyle.

Argentine Gurrieri, 24, who signed for Argyle in August 2012 after a season at Burton Albion, played 68 times for the Home Park club and scored five goals.

The duo are the only players to turn down deals at Home Park this summer.

Top scorer Reuban Reid, goalkeeper Luke McCormick, former captain Paul Wotton, Curtis Nelson, Ben Purrington and Matt Lecointe have all agreed new deals.
