Forest Green Rovers have signed Rob Sinclair on a two-year deal.

The ex-Stevenage and Aldershot midfielder spent last season at Salisbury City, making 21 appearances in the Conference Premier.

The 24-year-old becomes the third Whites player to make the switch to the New Lawn this summer, following Elliott Frear and Clovis Kamdjo.

"He's a very intelligent footballer and gives us lots of options," said Rovers manager Ady Pennock.

"His work ethic is fantastic and he works extremely hard for the team. He's very clever with the ball, he finds space very easily and creates opportunities.

"He's a great addition to the team."
