Armand Traore has signed a new two-year contract at Queens Park Rangers.

The Senegalese international defender has signed an extension which will tie him to the club until 2016.

"The new season is an extremely important one for me, added to the fact we're back in the Premier League," said Traore.

"I want to show what I can do in the best league in the world. I'm 24 now - it's time to wake up and do something serious."
