Chelsea have loaned teenage midfielder Bertrand Traore to Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem for 12 months.
The Burkina Faso international, 18, has been on loan at Vitesse since January when he signed a professional contract with the Premier League club.
"We are thrilled Bertrand is joining us again," Vitesse's technical director Mohammed Allach told the club website., external
"He knows our work patterns and our playing style and he made a strong impression on us."
In 15 appearances for Vitesse last term, Traore scored three times, including a goal against champions Ajax Amsterdam.
Traore is the second Chelsea player heading to Vitesse for the new season after Brazilian full-back Wallace joined on a season-long loan.
The 20-year-old spent last season on loan at Italian giants Inter Milan, but made only three appearances as a substitute.
Chelsea have now loaned seven players to Vitesse in the last 12 months: Traore, Wallace, Lucas Piazon, Patrick van Aanholt, Christian Atsu, Gael Kakuta and Sam Hutchinson.
The Blues' links with the Eredivisie side were investigated by the Dutch Football Federation after a claim in a newspaper from a former Vitesse owner that Chelsea did not want the side to qualify for the Champions League.
