Head coach Dave Hockaday named two United sides in a match that ended 3-1.
Steve Morison, Rudy Austin and Noel Hunt scored for the first-team, while Matt Smith netted for the opposition.
United are currently on a two-week training camp and beat FC Gherdeina 16-0 in Thursday's other friendly fixture.
