Ballinamallard United win a see-saw five-goal thriller at Ferney Park, Michael McCrudden scoring the only goal early in the second half.

Institute got the better of the Mallards in an exciting five-goal see-saw league thriller at Ferney Park.

Darren McFadden curled in a half-volley from an acute angle on 10 minutes but Anthony Elding converted Liam Martin's delivery to level eight minutes later.

Leon Carters got the final touch after a scramble in the box on 44 but Stephen O'Flynn headed in from a corner on 47.

Michael McCrudden netted the winner with a thumping 57th-minute effort, then Elding headed just over late on.

The victory sees Institute move above Glentoran into seventh place.
