Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored twice as Borussia Dortmund cruised to a 4-0 victory at Galatasaray to maintain their perfect start in Group D.
The result allowed Arsenal to go five points clear of both Galatasaray and Anderlecht in second place following their dramatic 2-1 victory in Belgium.
Last season's beaten finalists Atletico Madrid beat Malmo 5-0 in Group A, where Juventus were beaten 1-0 by Olympiakos.
In Group B, Ludogorets beat Basel 1-0 to go above Liverpool into second spot.
Yordan Minev scored in the 92nd minute to give the Bulgarian side their first ever win in the Champions League.
Basel, who beat Liverpool in their previous game, had earlier been reduced to 10 men after Serey Die was sent off in the 18th minute.
Despite some worrying form in the Bundesliga, where they have failed to win in five games, Dortmund made it three Champions League wins out of three with a comfortable victory in Turkey once Aubameyang had scored twice in the opening 18 minutes for the beaten 2013 finalists.
Germany international Marco Reus curled in a shot to make 3-0 at half-time before substitute Adrian Ramos added the fourth late on.
In Group A, Atletico Madrid overpowered Malmo, the lowest ranked club in the competition.
All Atletico's goals came in the second half at the Vicente Calderon Stadium and came from five different goalscorers.
Croatian international Mario Mandzukic was among them as the summer signing from Bayern Munich scored his 19th goal in 23 appearances in the competition.
Olympiakos joined Atletico at the top of the group thanks to their win over Serie A leaders Juventus.
Swiss international Pajtim Kasami scored the only goal, although Spanish goalkeeper Roberto was the home side's hero as he made a number of outstanding saves.
Bayern Leverkusen went top of Group C thanks to their 2-0 win over Zenit St Petersburg as the Russian league leaders, coached by ex-Chelsea and Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas, lost for the first time.
Giulio Donati and substitute Kyriakos Papadopoulos scored for the German club, who had Brazilian defender Wendell sent off for a second booking 11 minutes from the end.
Monaco and Benfica drew 0-0 in the other game in Group C as Benfica held on despite the 76th-minute dismissal of defender Lisandro Lopez for a second bookable offence.
