Wrexham have been drawn away to Conference rivals Macclesfield Town in the FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round.
Kevin Wilkin's side were held to a 2-2 draw by Macclesfield in the Conference in August.
Colwyn Bay will host fellow Conference North side North Ferriby United if they beat Warrington Town in a replay on Tuesday.
Frank Sinclair's side were denied by an injury time Warrington equaliser at Llanelian Road last Saturday.
The fourth qualifying round will be played on the weekend of 25-26 October with the winners advancing to the first round proper.
