League One Rochdale have signed Barnsley forward Reuben Noble-Lazarus on loan until January.

The 21-year-old became the youngest player ever to play in the Football League, external when he made his debut, aged 15 years and 45 days, against Ipswich in 2008.

He signed a new deal at Oakwell last February through until 2015.

Noble-Lazarus's move to Rochdale is his second recent loan spell, after a six-week stay at Scunthorpe last season.
