Aaron McLean: Peterborough United weigh up loan approach

Peterborough boss Darren Ferguson has said Aaron McLean's "big salary" could be an issue as they look into trying to sign the striker on loan from Bradford.
Bantams boss Phil Parkinson said last week that Ferguson's side had made enquiries about bringing the 31-year-old back to London Road.
"I've not really explored it to a great deal. There have been questions asked." Ferguson told BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.
"He's on a big, big salary there so that comes into it."
McLean was a popular figure among Peterborough supporters after scoring 82 goals between 2006 and 2010 and contributing to their back-to-back promotions from League Two to the Championship., external
He joined Bradford from Premier League Hull City in January, but has been limited to seven league starts this season, the last of which came in mid-October.
"I think Bradford want to let him go out on loan," said Ferguson.
"The agent has contacted us because of his history here. I think there are three or four clubs in for him. He's one we could consider.
"There are one or two players who we feel would improve us."
