Bolton: Eidur Gudjohnsen offer possible - Neil Lennon

Bolton Wanderers manager Neil Lennon says the club are considering whether to offer Eidur Gudjohnsen a contract.
Gudjohnsen spent two years at Bolton between 1998 and 2000 before moving to Chelsea, external and then Barcelona., external
The Iceland forward, 36, has been training with the Wanderers after his release by Belgian side Club Brugge.
"He asked us would we take him in and have a good look at him, so that's what we're doing at the minute," ex-Celtic manager Lennon told BBC Radio 5 live.
"He's always been a class player. You don't play for Barcelona for three or four seasons without being a really good player."
After leaving Spain, Gudjohnsen moved to Monaco but failed to settle and returned to England to have spells at Tottenham,, externalStoke, external and Fulham., external
He had stints in Greece with AEK Athens and then moved to Belgium to join Cercle Brugge and Club Brugge.
"He wants to give it another go," added Lennon. "Iceland are going well and he'd like the opportunity to play for Iceland again."
