Joslain Mayebi: Kidderminster Harriers sign ex-Wrexham keeper

Kidderminster Harriers have signed former Wrexham keeper Joslain Mayebi on non-contract terms.
Cameroon-born Mayebi, 28, played 86 times for Wrexham after being signed by Andy Morrell in January 2011, but left at the end of last season after turning down a new deal offered by the club.
"I'm fortunate and glad to be here and I'm looking forward to testing myself," said Mayebi.
"I'll be looking to compete with Danny Lewis for a starting place."

Kidderminster Harriers currently have six players out on loan. Striker Nathan Blissett (Bristol Rovers) and Chey Dunkley (Oxford United) have both left Aggborough on initial loans, prior to completing moves in January. Striker Michael Gash (Nuneaton) and midfielder Josh O'Keefe (Chester) are with two of Harriers' Conference rivals. And Reece Styche (Tamworth) and Jasbir Singh (Gloucester) have both gone to the level below. |
Mayebi played behind Harriers player-coach Mark Creighton during his days as a defender for Wrexham.
"It's good to see some familiar faces," he added. "Creights was my team-mate at Wrexham, and I know players like Josh Gowling, Kyle Storer and, of course, Danny Lewis from playing against them.
"The non-contract terms are good for both parties. As a goalkeeper you have to wait for your time, but I'm ready for the challenge and I'll be doing my best to push to get into the team."
Harriers have gone into the last two games without a back-up keeper, following summer signing Jasbir Singh's move to Gloucester City.
