One-time Ibrox hero Rino Gattuso and former West Bromich Albion manager Steve Clarke are being lined up as potential successors to Ally McCoist. Gattuso is currently in charge of Greek top flight outfit OFI Crete, but like current Rangers manager Ally McCoist has tendered his resignation with the club. (Scotsman, external)
World Cup winner Gatuso though has insisted McCoist remains the best man for the job, but suggested he would not rule out a return to the club. (Sun - print edition)
