Teenage striker James Roberts scored a late winner as Oxford came from behind to beat 10-man Plymouth at Home Park.

Roberts - recalled following a hamstring injury - turned three defenders before curling a 20-yard shot into the top corner in the 84th minute.

John Campbell's 70th minute equaliser cancelled out Lewis Alessandra's early opener for the hosts, who had defender Aaron Bentley sent off on 33 minutes.

Oxford climb to 16th and Plymouth stay in the top seven on goal difference.
