Fulham: Wales international George Williams extends deal

George Williams joined Fulham aged 16 and made his first-team debut in August

Fulham youngster George Williams has signed an extension to his contract with the Championship club.

The 19-year-old midfielder will remain at Craven Cottage until the summer of 2018, with his new deal having the option of an extra year.

Williams, who has won five international caps for Wales, made his Fulham debut in August and has featured a total of 15 times this season.

Meanwhile, 19-year-old defender Cameron Burgess has signed a new deal with Fulham and joined Scottish Premiership side Ross County on loan until the end of the season.

The Australia Under-23 international, who has made four appearances this season, will remain with the Whites until June 2017, with an option for a further year.
