Hull City manager Steve Bruce has confirmed a three-year contract extension with the club.

"I'm delighted to have signed," said Bruce. "This season has been difficult at times but I've thoroughly enjoyed managing this club."

Bruce, 54, took over at the KC Stadium in June 2012 and last season secured a first ever appearance in the FA Cup final, losing to Arsenal in extra-time.

The Tigers sit 15th in the table, five points clear of the relegation zone.
