Women's Super League: How to follow 2015 season on the BBC

The BBC will provide extensive coverage of the 2015 Women's Super League season across all platforms, including television, radio and online.

BBC Radio 5 live sports extra will cover at least 15 games this season.

There will be more online coverage on the BBC Sport website and the Women's Football Show will return on BBC Two.

"Their commitment to showcase top-level women's football across all their platforms is fantastic for the game. Our fans, along with newcomers to the game, will continue to enjoy unprecedented levels of women's football coverage in what is an extremely exciting year.

"We have got a plan with our partners to develop high-quality professional women's football in England and our partnership with the BBC remains instrumental in helping us deliver on our ambition."

The Women's Super League will be covered extensively on BBC Two, BBC Radio 5 live sports extra and on the BBC Sport website throughout the season, either side of the Fifa Women's World Cup - which will also be live on the BBC.

BBC Radio 5 live sports extra's league commentaries began with Everton's WSL 2 win at Aston Villa, while commentary of Sunderland's shock season-opening win over defending champions Liverpool marked the beginning of their WSL 1 coverage.

BBC Radio 5 live sports extra can be accessed on digital radio, via bbc.co.uk/5livesportsextra, BBC iPlayer Radio and the BBC Sport website.

On TV, the Women's Football Show, presented by Jacqui Oatley, returns at 23:20 GMT on Monday, 30 March on BBC Two.

The first show of the season will feature former England goalkeeper Rachel Brown-Finnis and Sunderland's new head coach, and former Wimbledon Crazy Gang member, Carlton Fairweather. There will also be a profile of Mark Sampson's England side ahead of their match against China on Thursday, 9 April.

Each show will first be broadcast on the BBC Red Button earlier in the evening, before becoming available on BBC iPlayer, ahead of its network debut on BBC Two.

The BBC Sport website will include more online coverage of domestic women's football than ever before.

As well as featuring goal action throughout the WSL season, there will be regular match reports, news and team-by-team preview features, as a dedicated team of three new regional multi-platform women's football reporters will deliver creative content across all platforms.

This year's FA Women's Cup final, which will be held at Wembley stadium for the very first time, will also be shown live on the BBC.
