The Copa del Rey final between Athletic Bilbao and Barcelona on 30 May will be played at Barca's Nou Camp stadium.

Spain's domestic cup final usually takes place at a neutral venue, with a stadium often agreed upon by the clubs.

Real Madrid refused to host the match and as neither side could agree a location, a vote was held at a Spanish Football Federation meeting.

Only twice since 2002 has a side contested the country's domestic cup final in their home stadium.

Real Madrid lost at the Bernabeu to Deportivo La Coruna that year and Los Blancos were also beaten at their home by rivals Atletico Madrid in 2013.

Sevilla's Ramón Sanchez Pizjuan stadium and Valencia's Mestalla stadium were in the running to stage this year's final but were eliminated in a first round of voting, leaving just Barcelona's famous home and Athletic's San Mames in the running.

Victory would earn Barcelona a 27th Copa del Rey, while Bilbao sit second to them on the list of most successful clubs in the competition with 23 wins.
