Brazilian attacking midfielder Hernanes scored twice against his former club as Inter Milan beat nine-man Lazio

Lazio had two players sent off as Inter Milan came from behind to win in Rome despite goalkeeper Etrit Berisha saving a penalty with his first touch.

Antonio Candreva put Lazio ahead before Mauricio was sent off for a foul on Rodrigo Palacio, with Hernanes scoring the free-kick against his former club.

Federico Marchetti was red-carded for a foul on Mauro Icardi, but Berisha dived low to stop the Argentine's spot-kick.

Lazio held on with nine men before Inter's Hernanes won it on 84 minutes.

The Brazilian's one-on-one finish means Lazio remain one point behind city rivals Roma in the race to finish second in Serie A.

Leaders Juventus have a 16-point lead and have already been crowned champions for a fourth successive season, while Inter Milan move up to seventh with the win.
