Stewart Robertson, who was previously on the board at Motherwell, has become managing director at Rangers.

The former chartered accountant will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the Scottish Championship club.

Robertson has also held the role of Scottish Premier League director on two separate occasions since getting involved in football in 2002.

He left Motherwell in January along with three other board members after Les Hutchison took over the club.
