Clayton Donaldson: Birmingham City forward signs new deal
- Published
Birmingham City striker Clayton Donaldson has signed a two-year contract extension tying him to the Championship club until June 2018.
Donaldson scored 15 times last season having been signed by Lee Clark on a free after his release by Brentford.
"He's 31 but he is not happy with where we are. He wants to kick on," said Blues manager Gary Rowett.
"Along with Demarai Gray, he is an incredibly good signing. Now we can plan for the next two or three years."
