Dundee United's Rodney Sneijder cool on brother comparison

Dundee United's latest signing Rodney Sneijder says he does not want to be compared to his Netherlands international brother Wesley.
The 24-year-old Dutch midfielder, who has signed a two-year contract at Tannadice, says he aims to score goals and prove his worth in Scotland.
"It is nice that he is my brother and I really like him," he told BBC Scotland.
"We play in the same position, but what can I say? He plays for Galatasaray and I am at Dundee United."
Sneijder began his career with Ajax and had a spell on loan with Utrecht before switching to RKC Waalwijk.
He moved on to Almere City in 2013 but was released this summer by the club who play in his homeland's second tier after making 20 appearances - 16 of them starts - last season.
Sneijder played as a trialist in two matches for the Scottish Premiership side on their pre-season trip to the Netherlands.
"I had great days in Holland with the team, with the staff and the players and my feeling was good about it," he said.
"Dundee United is a big club with a great history and play in a good competition.
"I know them because I've watched Scottish football on TV."
United manager Jackie McNamara was enthusiastic about the impact Sneijder could make in the Scottish Premiership.
"He is a fantastic signing, a fantastic player and I am sure he is going to be a great signing for us," he said.
"He is a very technical player, he's got great vision, got great awareness and a good range of passing and I think he will help the others around him with his calmness."
McNamara was asked about the comparison with Sneijder's brother, who has played for Ajax, Real Madrid, Inter Milan and won 114 caps for his country.
"It is difficult to compare them, but he started off with a great pedigree with Ajax as a kid and played in the first team at 18," he said.
"He has moved around a little bit, but this is a chance for make a name for himself in Scotland and we believe he can do it at Dundee United."
